Howard resides in Cincinnati with his wife Stephanie and their beloved Aussie Doodle, Cleo. His passion for fitness, sports, travel, and making connections enriches his life outside of work. As a Cincinnati resident, he understands the importance of the businesses that are part of the community, and how to navigate the complexities of retirement plans for their current and former employees and retirees.
Thoughtful about societal issues like wealth inequality, hunger, and housing affordability, Howard finds deep fulfillment in supporting his daughters and giving back to his community. His dedication extends far beyond financial contributions. He’s deeply involved on the boards of organizations like Wise Temple, the Reds Hall of Fame, and the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, tackling issues he cares about. His passion for food security is evident in his involvement with Educational Theatre and Free Store Food Bank, as well as his support for La Soupe.
This drive to explore extends beyond social causes. An adventurer at heart, Howard explores the world through hiking and biking, from foreign countries to U.S. National Parks. He thrives in nature, balancing relaxation with outdoor activities and savoring culinary delights. Preferring the tranquility of mountains over beaches, Howard values planning and sticking to a path. Yet, his sweet tooth, love for comedies, and enjoyment of city life all reflect his zest for life.
