Paige is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial PlannerTM, and is a branch manager with Raymond James Financial Services. She holds a Stockbroker (series 7) license and is licensed in General, and Municipal Securities on the Principal level, as a Uniform Securities Agent, as well as holding life and health insurance licenses, and provides clients a one-stop financial management resource. Paige has received The Business News’ Forty under 40 award, in 2000, as one of Dayton’s brightest young business leaders. This award is given to the top 40 leaders in the community under the age of 40. Various criteria are considered such as work experience, attributes made to work and community involvement. And she is a member of The Ohio State University Presidents Club.
Her areas of client expertise are investment and tax planning, as well as estate planning. She also specializes in small business retirement planning and overall financial planning.
Lakia is a Senior Accountant and Client Services Manager, and is a graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management. She received her Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management. She received her B.S. in Business from Wright State University in 2005 and majored in Accounting and minored in Management Information Systems. She has experience in small business and self-employed tax audits from her prior employment with the Internal Revenue Service. Her expertise is in small business accounting and tax preparation.
Lakia is a member of the Susan Komen for the Cure Circle of Promise organization which engages women to increase breast cancer self-awareness that can lead to early detection and treatment and collectively fight for access to quality care.

A trusted Raymond James financial advisor, Tom specializes in helping clients who appreciate not being overwhelmed with complicated data about markets and investing. A stockbroker with General Securities Representative and Uniform Securities Agent licenses, he also holds his life and health insurance licenses. Tom has expertise in retirement planning strategies for Individual Investors and Small business owners with an emphasis on retirement income strategies for those in their retirement years.
A veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Tom served for 8 years as a Criminal Investigator in U.S. Marine Corps.
Cathy Warren, Payroll and Accounting Specialist, has been with Riegel Financial since 1999. She has her Bachelors of Science in Education from Wright State University. Her specialty is Payroll Preparation and Sales Tax. She currently handles all payroll for our clients and manages all the payroll tax returns as well. She also files all the sales tax reports. She does bookkeeping input as well as small business accounting.
